He has a passion for helping others reach their full potential from academia, as a college professor, to business but especially in the operations and maintenance side of manufacturing, Larry brings true horsepower any team he is on.
Jolene has served for over 20 years as a professional instructor delivering innovative learning experiences via traditional, hybrid and LMS platforms. She creates, develops, and implements learning paths that accelerate adoption and application of information leading to transformation in individuals to deliver value and efficiency.
Leigh is our resident I/O Psychologist. She is part of our Talent Solutions team. Leigh has provided consulting services in both public and private sector organizations, specializing in job analysis and classification, survey development, selection and promotion systems, and the development and delivery of training and management solutions.
Russell is retired Air Force officer with over 25 years’ experience in the military, nonprofit and commercial sectors. Russell is an adaptive leader who relationally builds trust out of his genuine concern for the person in front of him, while simultaneously solving for inefficiencies in process and performance to drive excellence.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, performance improvement and operations – He has recently retired from the US Army as a Special Forces officer where he has led teams from 12 to 5000. His superpower is he is a strategic thinker who can see how to overcome obstacles with very little details.
